Lucinda’s journey in podiatry began with her undergraduate studies at the University of Huddersfield, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree with honours. Building on this, Lucinda furthered her knowledge with a Masters in the Theory of Podiatric Surgery, which has equipped her with advanced skills in surgical and non-surgical treatments.

Rebecca graduated from the University of Salford with a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry. During her training she gained hands-on NHS experience across diabetic foot care, complex disabilities, musculoskeletal assessment, and routine skin and nail treatment – giving her a broad clinical foundation across both high-risk and routine patient groups.
Rebecca has a particular passion for preventative skin and nail care, helping patients maintain comfort, mobility, and long-term foot health before problems escalate. She is passionate about providing autism-friendly, disability-inclusive care, adapting appointments to each patient’s sensory and communication needs so they feel comfortable, understood, and in control.

Robyn Carling is the friendly face patients meet first at Poized Podiatry, combining front of house care with marketing support to keep the practice running smoothly and connecting with the community. With a genuine passion for meeting and getting to know patients, Robyn believes that great care starts the moment someone walks through the door, and takes pride in making every patient feel welcomed, valued, and at ease.
Alongside front of house responsibilities, Robyn works closely with Marketing and Operations Manager Maisie, with particular expertise in email marketing and social media. This ensures patients stay informed and engaged, while helping Poized Podiatry reach new patients across the Wirral.
Robyn also has a real interest in podiatry itself and will be starting an FHP (Foot Health Practitioner) course towards the end of this year, a step she is hugely excited about. This growing clinical knowledge, paired with a natural people-first approach, means Robyn is always looking for new ways to support patients and the wider team.
